The cement is dry, let's build

Once the skin is applied we are ready to start adding pages. We'll call you up and get you to register and give you administrative rights (like getting the keys to a new house) so we can both add new pages and content. DotNetNuke is very easy to learn so you'll soon be confident.

Preparing images for text pages

Before you upload any photo to your DotNetNuke installation you should resize your photos to no more than 640 pixels wide. Anything larger will take longer to download and you don't want your visitors watching the artwork bleed down the walls when the come to your site. If you have a lot of high resolution images and you want to reduce them all to 640 pixels wide, we have software that will do that so you don't have to; get the images to us and we'll get er done.

The initial build location

We initially install DotNetNuke in a temporary subdomain, like "yourcomanyname.webfitters.ca" so we can work on the new site together. You'll be able to check on progress and chip in as we convert your old site over to your new DotNetNuke portal. When your new portal is ready we will launch it as your own domain name "yourcompanyname.com" and the old site will go away.

Payment terms

Minimum: twelve hours setup and twelve hours annual support/hosting.

It's important that we make ourselves clear about our expectations.

12 hours setup

If we agree to spend 12 hours setting up your DotNetNuke installation with you, we will send you a PayPal link. Your credit card will be charged $600.00 the first month, $600 the second month.

12 hours annual support

After the first two months you will pay $100 every month. If you miss a payment you will get three reminders and have 14 days to remit payment or your portal will be deactivated.

24 hours setup

If we agree to 24 hours, same PayPay procedure, $1200 down, $1200 the second month and $100 per month for 12 hours annual support and hosting.
